The mansion has eighteenth century property walls, while the living area dates back to the twentieth century.

The property renovation, carried out according to the desires and requests of the customers, required five years of thorough work.

The partition of the spaces was centered on the development of sophisticated and refined functional solutions, with an architecture and a furniture of the Renaissance, in which all the spaces devoted to the house party salon and the imposing stairwell stand out, in this way satisfying the customers’ desire of a house full of elegance, sobriety and refinement.
